Executive summary
Solari Home Goods has outgrown its current e-commerce platform. Northbridge Digital Studio proposes a full redesign and technical rebuild of solarihome.com, pairing a modern, conversion-focused storefront with a scalable back end. Our goal is to raise average order value by 15%, cut page load time in half, and give the Solari team a content system they can manage without engineering support.
Problem statement
The existing site was built five years ago on a theme that no longer matches Solari's brand or catalog size. Mobile checkout abandonment is running near 68%, product imagery is inconsistent across categories, and every content update currently requires a developer. Search visibility has also declined as competitors ship faster, better-optimized storefronts.
Proposed solution
We will design and build a new storefront on a modern headless commerce stack, with a component library that keeps every category page visually consistent. The rebuild includes a streamlined one-page checkout, a merchandising dashboard the Solari team can use directly, and a content model built for fast seasonal campaign launches. We'll run the project in four phases — discovery, design, build, and launch — with a two-week stabilization window afterward.
Deliverables
